Google’s Chrome Web Store is a website where you can search and browse for apps, extensions and themes for Google Chrome.
Although only just launched, there are many items to check out. Some are free, but many are paid products.
If you are an iTunes user, you will quickly get the idea of how it works.
The WordPress team have released version 3.0.3 which is a security update.

Internet behemoth Google has announced it’s newest venture, a notebook computer running its Chrome operating system.
The Cr-48 notebook is initially only available via Google’s pilot program to allow real world use and testing.
Google says that, “Each participant in the Pilot program will receive a Cr-48 Chrome notebook; in return, we’ll expect you to use it regularly and send us detailed feedback.”
Interested? Bear in mind that Chrome OS does not run normal PC software, instead, it runs web based applications.

When did you last check that your browsers plugins had the latest, most secure versions?
If, like the rest of us you haven’t done it in a while, here is the easy way.
Simply go to mozilla.com/plugincheck using any and all browsers you have installed on your computer.
Outdated plugins can be a serious security risk and should therefore always be kept up to date. Using the latest versions can have the added benefit of better or enhanced features.
Google today took the veil off its newest smartphone, the Nexus S. This release comes almost a year after the Nexus One smartphone, and is the first Android based device to ship with the new version named “Gingerbread”.
The Nexus S is co-developed by Google and Samsung and, “delivers what we call a pure Google experience: unlocked, unfiltered access to the best Google mobile services and the latest and greatest Android releases and updates.”

Oleg Y. Nikolaenko of Vidnoe, near Moscow had over 500,000 zombie computers under his control, and was able to send one third of all global spam.
